Our Purpose
Within Accelerated Growth Solutions, ABCA Steps Ordered's mission is to provide long-term coaching and mentorship for underserved youth starting at age 16 and continuing through college and into the workforce.
We equip students with essential life and career skills: from writing resumes and preparing for interviews to finding scholarships and navigating internships. Our vision is to ensure every student we serve becomes a confident, skilled, and value-adding citizen.
Why We Exist
Many students face academic and professional barriers not because they lack potential, but because they lack support. We exist to close that opportunity gap through sustained, personal mentorship and real-world skill building.
About Anouk Brumfield , Founder & CEO

Anouk Brumfield is a powerhouse of purpose and impact. With over 30 years of experience at the highest levels of corporate leadership, she retired as Executive Vice President and Senior Partner at IBM, where she led billion-dollar global initiatives and drove strategic innovation across industries.
Today, Anouk has shifted her focus to what truly fuels her spirit, giving back to the community and uplifting those who need it most. She is a certified life coach, international bestselling author, speaker, and mentor known for her unwavering commitment to underserved youth. Her mission is to create access, opportunity, and hope for young people who often feel overlooked or unsupported.
Anouk believes that talent exists everywhere, but opportunity does not, and she’s determined to change that. Whether it’s through mentorship, career readiness programs, or personal empowerment, she is passionate about helping the next generation unlock their full potential.
